We ship within 1-2 days of your order being placed/payment received using Australia Post - Regular Parcel Postage in Australia and Australia Post International Air Mail to New Zealand.
We offer free shipping for orders over Australian $100 from Australian and New Zealand shipping addresses.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Outside Australia and New Zealand we ship using Australia Post International Mail. You can check shipping costs during the checkout process.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply email us at returns(at)combinedstore.com and we'll help.
If you wish to swap the item for a different size or an alternative product etc we will try our hardest to accomodate your request.
If you change your mind and no longer want the item we can give you store credit or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or any additional charges or fees.
When returning something to us please make sure both the returned item(s) and the packaging are in an unused "as new" condition. We cannot accept items that have been worn or damaged. We may also charge a fee if the packaging is damaged.
Where we have agreed to refund your purchase we will endeavour to do this within a reasonable time period. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Where an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out we will refund your payment less any transaction fees.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Combined Store has no control over the taxation of international shipments and therefore takes no responsibility for taxes and other charges levied on the customer by the shipper, the shippers agents and or government authorities.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to their package. Customs determines these charges, and Combined Store has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
